Free Shipping

Kelmio offers free shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders require 2–4 business days to be processed before shipment.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier. Shopify distinguishes this processing or fulfillment period from the carrier’s transit time.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is:

6–12 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs inspections, high order volume, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review your:

  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Products ordered
  • Contact information

Address Changes

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

We will attempt to update your address when possible, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot normally be changed.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Kelmio is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect address.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking information may require several business days to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Customers should use only tracking links provided through official Kelmio communications or the carrier’s official website.

Shipping Delays

Shipping estimates may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High order volume
  • Customs or border inspections
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

If we cannot ship your order within the promised processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options. U.S. sellers are generally required to ship within the timeframe they state and to notify customers when a delay requires a revised shipping date.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at samshinn1989@gmail.com

Please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Tracking number, if available

We will review the shipment with the carrier or supplier.

If an order is confirmed to be lost or undelivered, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

This follows our refund policy for confirmed undelivered orders.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Check with other members of your household.
  3. Ask nearby neighbors.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier.
  5. Allow up to two business days in case the package was marked delivered early.

Contact us if the package remains missing. We will assist with an investigation, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when the carrier confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Orders may be returned to the sender because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • An unclaimed package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • An inaccessible delivery location

Contact us if your order is returned.

If the return resulted from an address error or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged or incorrect item

After reviewing the request, we will provide a refund or replacement when the issue is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

We will attempt to cancel orders that have not entered processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
